LEHI, Utah–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Weave (NYSE: WEAV), the all-in-one customer communications platform for small businesses, today announced the election of George Scanlon to its board of directors.
Scanlon brings more than 12 years of experience serving on the boards of several companies, including benefits administrator Wageworks, transportation and logistics services provider Landstar and fintech partner Cyndx. Prior to serving on the board, Scanlon served as CFO of several technology and financial services companies, as well as CEO of Fidelity National Financial.

Scanlon has also been named a member of the Audit Committee, where he will bring his more than two decades of experience as CFO of Weave’s financial reporting and controls, as well as his expertise in investor communications.
